The volume is printed on 60# Lynx paper, with the image on the front boards stamped in two colors. The book edges are not gilded. The endsheets feature a custom grey-brown Stormont pattern by marbling artist Jemma Lewis, incorporating black, brown, and cream veins. This edition is limited to approximately 1000 hardcover copies by Steven Erikson.
