Mallorean set of books

by David Eddings

The Malloreon is a five-book fantasy series that follows Garion, now the Rivan King, as he embarks on a new quest to rescue his kidnapped son and confront a dark prophecy. Accompanied by his companions, including the sorcerer Belgarath and the sorceress Polgara, Garion travels across the continent of Mallorea to face the god Torak's successor, Zandramas. The series expands upon the world-building of its predecessor, The Belgariad, focusing on the struggle between the forces of Light and Dark to determine the fate of the world.
