Alchemised

The war is over. Holdfast is dead. The Eternal Flame is extinguished. There is no one left to save. Once a promising alchemist, Helena Marino is now a prisoner of war and of her own mind. Her Resistance allies have been murdered, her abilities suppressed, and the world she knew has been destroyed. In the aftermath of the long conflict, Paladia is controlled by a new ruling class of corrupt guild families and depraved necromancers whose undead creatures secured their victory.

According to Resistance records, Helena was a healer of little importance. However, her inexplicable memory loss from the months leading up to her capture suggests otherwise. Her enemies suspect her lost memories may hide a vital piece of the Resistance's final gambit. To uncover these secrets, Helena is delivered to the High Reeve, one of the most powerful and ruthless necromancers in the new world. Trapped on his crumbling estate, Helena must fight to protect her history and preserve her identity while unearthing the dark secrets of her captor and her prison.
