Conrad's Fate

Conrad is in trouble – big trouble. Apparently, he's suffering from terrible karma and unless he puts things right, disaster looms. His mission? Infiltrate the peculiar and powerful Stallery Mansion to find the source of his bad fate – and deal with it. But when he stumbles across a boy named Christopher (who seems far too confident for his own good), Conrad's already tangled plans begin to unravel in the most unexpected ways.

Part mystery, part magical mayhem, Conrad's Fate is classic Diana Wynne Jones – witty, wild and full of charm. With a cameo from a young Chrestomanci himself, this standalone tale in the ‘Chrestomanci’ universe is fizzing with imagination, chaos and heart. You don't need to read the others to dive in, but you'll certainly want to after this.
