The Silence Lies

Revenge; they say it's best served cold, right?

Well, that's exactly what I intend to do.

Enzo LaRosa was everything to me, my best friend, my second in command, and my enemies took him from me. After his death, I'm more determined than ever to make the enemy pay for what they did.

But as the first female leader of The Bianchi family, I have a target on my back.

There's only so much my new second in command, Levi, can do to protect me, and I need allies.

Enter Giovanni, the silent bodyguard, and Luca, an aligning family with the same vendetta.

Together, we take on La Cosa Nostra. Together, we plan to take down the Mafia family that tried to destroy us.

But in the process, I'm left to face more than just avenging my best friend's death.

With lingering stares and a palpable attraction, it forces my situation into even more confusing territory.

I don't know what I want anymore, revenge or romance. With three men at my disposal, it's hard to choose.

But maybe I don't have to.
